The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are temporary only. Flight may be delayed due to unavoidable reasons such as weather and technical issues.
Passengers are required to provide the required documents and information which is needed for travel.
Any complaints/complaints must be reported within one week of the date of travel. A booking is considered confirmed if the booking confirmation page is shown to the customer, even if the SMS/email is not delivered for some reason.
If confirmation/cancellation of ticket, SMS/Email, due to any reason, if reported, it may upset our support team. SMS/e-mail may not be delivered or may be delayed due to many factors that are not covered by Fyitrips.com
By making a reservation on Fyitrips.com - the customer agrees that Fyitrips will call / email / text or send a notification to give / receive information about their reservation. Our Terms and Conditions may be amended, modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of bareilly only.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation conditions are different for each car partner and are set by the airline. These conditions are indicated when making a reservation and upon issuance of a ticket/confirmation by e-mail.
Please read the cancellation conditions provided on the search page for each Flight service.
Tickets booked online must be manual only.
The cancellation fee applies to the original Base fare, but not to the discount fee.
Cancellation fees are deducted from the amount collected/paid and the balance is refunded.
No reservations or reschedules can be made once the ticket has been received. If you cancel the ticket, the insurance fee is non-refundable.
Duty/GST is not refundable in case of ticket cancellation/cancellation.
